What is coming: Phase 2 adds a chat layer at the bottom of this view. Pick an agent, start a conversation, it persists to Supabase as workpapers. Phase 3 adds @-mentions so you can pull Compliance or Legal into an existing thread. Phase 4 is meeting mode: multiple agents in one conversation with observer agents that stay silent until triggered.
